The valve is overhauled in this way, and the steps must be correct!


1. Disintegration

1. Use a brush and cotton yarn to clean up the dirt on the valve (before, put the tools and rubber in place)

Use a marker to draw a V-shaped mark on the joint surface of the valve cover and the valve body.
3. Remove the pressure flange nut
Note that the removed nuts and washers are neatly arranged.

4. Loosen the door cover nut
Be careful to loosen it, do not remove it
5. After opening the door twice, remove the door wheel
Be careful to put them in order
6. Repair buckle
Triangular file trims the burrs of the T-shaped buckle in the square part.
7. Remove the nut of the door cover, take off the Vala head and check the condition of the sealing line, take off the winding gasket and put it away.
8. Retreat the door rod and take out the packing
2. Cleaning, checking, measuring and recording

1. Door lever
After sanding with the abrasive cloth, wipe it off with a white cloth. Use a steel ruler to measure the curvature of the door rod (less than 0.2mm), measure the outer diameter of the door rod, and record it. The valve stem thread is intact and can be flexibly matched with the threaded sleeve. The surface is smooth and free of defects such as rust and wear.
2. Sealing part
The sealing surface of the valve disc and the valve seat should be free from defects such as cracks, rust and scratches. The sealing line is continuous without interruption, and the contact surface is more than 80%.
3. Door seat and door cover
Clean the inside and outside of the door seat and door cover, and use a scraper to clean the joint surface. The door seat and door cover are free from blisters, cracks and other defects. The joint surface of the door body and the door cover is flat, and the notch and the convex mouth are not damaged, and the radial clearance should meet the requirements (generally 0.2mm—0.5mm). Check the valve door sleeve, the door sleeve thread should be free of wear, deformation, and damage, and it should be well matched with the valve stem thread and rotate flexibly. The threaded connection between the door sleeve and the outer casing should be tight and firm, and must not be loose. Prepare the door seat joint surface screws. Gaskets are intact and free of defects.
4. Press blue and packing room
Clean and sand. Especially embossed paint. The pressing blue is in good condition and free of rust; the packing room is clean, smooth and free of defects. The threads of each bolt and nut should be in good condition and fit properly. The gap between the door rod and the pressure blue is 0.20-0.30mm, and the gap between the pressure blue and the packing chamber is 0.30-0.35mm. The threads of each bolt and nut should be in good condition and fit properly. If the gap is too large, it should be marked as exceeding the standard.

The surface of the door rod is smooth and free of defects such as rust and wear, and the T-shaped thread has no wear, no deformation, no damage, and it cooperates well with the door sleeve and rotates flexibly. The curvature of the door rod (the standard is less than 0.20mm): 0.05mm, which meets the requirements.
2. Sealing part
There are no defects such as cracks, rust and scratches on the sealing surfaces of the Walla head and the door seat. The sealing line is continuous and complete without interruption, and the contact surface is more than 80%. meet the requirements.
3. Door seat and door cover
The door seat and door cover are free from blisters, cracks and other defects. The joint surface of the door body and the door cover is flat, and the notch and the convex opening are intact and free of damage. The thread of the door sleeve has no wear, deformation, and damage, and it fits well with the thread of the valve stem and rotates flexibly. The threaded connection between the door sleeve and the outer casing should be tight and firm, and not loose. The radial gap between the notch and the convex mouth of the door seat and the door cover (generally 0.2mm—0.5mm): 0.36mm, which meets the quality standard.
4. Press blue and packing room
The pressing blue is in good condition and free of rust; the packing room is clean, smooth and free of defects. The threads of each bolt and nut should be in good condition and fit properly. The gap between the door rod and the pressure blue (standard is 0.20-0.30mm): 0.36. Does not meet quality standards. The gap between the pressure flange and the packing chamber (standard is 0.30-0.35mm): 0.30. Meet quality standards.
(2) Maintenance results
The gap between the door rod and the pressure blue does not meet the quality standard, and the rest meet the quality standard.
(3) Indicate the inspector, recorder and date
4. Reinstall

1. Make packing.
2. Put on the pressure blue, pass through the door rod, and place the door rod in the half-open position.
3. Put the pad into the notch (apply lead powder as required).
4. Hang the wall puller, install the door cover according to the mark, tighten the screws on the joint surface (check it again after the corners are tightened evenly), and check whether the gap is uniform.
5. Close the door and add packing. Stagger it by 120°, and tighten it in two circles. After adding, check whether the pressure flange and the door pole are perpendicular.
6. Go to the door wheel, close the door again, and close it to death.
7. Clean the door surface and seal it. Clean up the site, pack up tools, and hand in papers.
