There are three types of bonnet design for forged steel globe valve.

- The surface of the valve stem is treated by super dense wear-resistant, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and the opening and closing friction is small to ensure that there is no leakage of the product.
Working principle of forging steel globe valve
The small forged steel globe valve is the most widely used valve. It is so popular because the friction between the sealing surfaces during opening and closing is small, it is more durable, the opening height is not large, the manufacturing is easy, and the maintenance is convenient. Forged steel globe valve is suitable for medium and low pressure, and also suitable for high pressure. Its closing principle is that, relying on the pressure of the stem, the sealing surface of the disc and the sealing surface of the valve seat are closely adhered to prevent the circulation of the medium.
The forged steel globe valve only allows the medium to flow in one direction, and it is directional during installation. The structure length of the forging steel globe valve is greater than that of forged steel gate valve, while the fluid resistance is large and the seal reliability is not strong when operating for a long time.
